Wearing a halter-style, blue, green and rose colored floral print dress with a draped front at her cleavage, cut just to the top of her knee, Heather Locklear looked casually elegant, perfect for a summer evening. She completed her outfit with light green, open toe pumps. Heather Locklear is an accomplished actress who began her career on television and has made several movies as well. She has become famous for her on-point fashion sense as well as her outstanding performances. Her attire was perfect for the occasion where she was in the company of many of the film industry’s top stars.
