I know it may be too early to start thinking about this stuff but I can't say I'm to blame. In every magazine I open it seems like these articles on anti-aging are everywhere. So it got me thinking if I really follow these tips will it really make a difference in the future? I think yes and it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to make this part of your daily routine. I've been reading on a lot of magazines and on websites and the message seems to be the same throughout the years :

Neutrogena Age Shield SPF 90. $9.95 |
1.Sunscreen is your best friend wear it every single day, rain or shine to prevent wrinkles and sun spots. Use at least SPF 30 and choose a good formula such as Helioplex which can be found in Neutrogena's sunblocks
You should be applying around 1 tsp for face and neck and around 1 shotglass for rest of the body.

Roc Retinol Correxion deep wrinkle night cream. $11 |
2.Use some kind of Retinoids at night, this will increase cell turnover and build collagen, it will smooth out wrinkles and will also prevent future damage. This doesn't have to be expensive and many brands offer a gentler formula because chances are most people will experience some kind of irritation but don't get discouraged!
|
Skin Ceuticals C E Ferulic Acid. $92 |
3.Use Anti Oxidants, I know this is on the pricey side but it is proven to increase the skin's photoaging protection by 8 times. Once this serum is applied to the skin it cannot be washed off and neutralizes free radicals, applied under your sunscreen this will maximize protection against sun and free radicals.

Estee Lauder Daywear Plus Multi Protection Anti Oxidant Creme SPF 15 $39 |
4. Day creams are important too so if you don't want to use a serum you can use a Anti Oxidant infused moisturizer like this one. It's a lightweight formula with a fresh cucumber smell.
5.Lastly take care of yourself, no matter how many lotions and potions you buy it won't matter if you're not looking after yourself. Try to eat well and exercise. drink lots of water to flush out toxins, don't drink or smoke these only speed up the aging process. There's many other things you can do like drinking green tea and taking supplements to take care of your body.
These things are quite important to me and I try to follow this everyday it can be hard to remember all this and it's definitely hard for me to remember all these, I can get quite lazy sometimes and not put on the sunscreen but that's not good advice!! These things do pay off in the long run.
